Shane
Born and raised in Southern California, Shane has grown up in the greater Los Angeles area. She loves sushi, Mexican food, beach days, hiking, comedy shows, 90’s R&B and FRIENDS. Her dad was a musician and her mom was in marketing, so it was only natural that she ended up in the creative world too.
After graduating from Westmont College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Spanish, Shane spent a few years living in Santa Barbara and enjoying the small town beach life. In 2014, the Lord called her back to Los Angeles to pursue fashion. After spending her nights and weekends taking classes to learn sewing, pattern-making, design, etc., she launched her online clothing store Let Height Arise.
The name Let Height Arise was born out of the bridge of the worship song Worthy Of It All. It is her ministry to women through fashion; to help tall women feel confident in who they are and what they are clothed in. Standing at 5’10” by age 14, Shane stood a head above the crowd and drew attention from people even though she wasn’t looking for it.
On Strength x Glory, Shane will be sharing about confidence, beauty, self-worth (and even fashion) through Christ. These were all areas that she struggled with that the Lord has healed her from. Now she wants to pass on that wisdom and knowledge to you, sweet sister. And fair warning, her messages are probably going to be delivered with a twist of sarcasm and sass.
